Aim and Goals of production- To record a band and use outboard gear to tape
edit and 3-4 tracks to industry standard (1 track each)
and produce an emp remix each made from the songs
You define the scope of the project (including what is in scope / out of scope / desirable, objectives, deliverables, requirements)

You create a schedule that indicates at least who does what, when. Lay out a graphical timeline in which tasks (and their due dates) are mapped in as much detail as possible
Responsibilities and ownerships for each task
First hour
Engineer- kabir
Assistants engineers- coe
Pro tools and Patch bay - josh
2nd to 4th hour
Pro tools operator- coe
Talkback communication/ engineer – kabir
Assistant engineer- josh
Swap roles when in different stages- every 2 hrs
instrumentation – vocals, 2 e. guitars, bass and drums
SSL DUALITY
You identify the important risks to the project and a mitigation plan
- Bands cancelling sessions: rebook as soon as possible at a time which is suitable for everyone, creating an effective studio workflow which allows for lots of productivity as well as catering for changes to studio time
- Inadequate EMP skills: watching Lynda videos, talking to tutors and receiving advice, fellow classmate advice/opinions
- Possible communication errors between musicians and engineers: establish a reliable communication stream i.e. creating a facebook messenger group chat, ensuring that everyone has at least one point of contact
